Daxxify (daxibotulinumtoxinA-lanm) is an injectable wrinkle treatment that is FDA approved to reduce the appearance of frown lines (the vertical lines between your eyebrows). However, it can be used off-label to treat wrinkles of the forehead, crows’ feet, and other areas too.
Similar to Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau, Daxxify (aka Daxi) is injected into the areas where treatment is desired. What is unique about Daxi is how long it lasts. Studies show that treatments with Daxi last 6-9 months; whereas, treatments with the other toxins last 3-5 months.
Calabasas Med Spa was one of the first in the country to get Daxi, and initial results appear to be great with several patients saying that they got a better reduction in their wrinkles compared to other neurotoxins.
